Or is it possible that the one I watched (Episode 13) With 2 extras-- 'Whis is it so Big?' and 'If you Touch There...'-- were merged into one?

In the blu-ray it is two 12 min episode.
Crunchyroll merged two episodes into one episode (called episode 13).

Actually quite funny how the set up to these mini episodes, were so unapologetically tropey and bad. A shame about the censoring.

Huh. Now I'm kinda confused but anyway I'll just post the whole thing together
So yeah uhm...crazy stuff happened. While its partly a side effect of the large cast, its very like, OVA syndrome, since I'm assuming there were like, essentially non canon anime original events.
The main thing is that, they kinda just did whatever they wanted. And by that I mean, fanservice, which to be honest felt a bit overwhelming.
The real problem feels more like, the main series had its wholesome moments, but here it was basically just entirely fanservice, and not even like, the good kind, they were just like here have some girls in your face. I dunno man.
The only positive thing I can say is that we got some screenshots of the girls I guess.

Yuzuki was hot in her nurse outfit too of course, it was sadly underused tho as we moved on to a butt ass naked bath session which was also very hot, and then they escalated things with the tentacles in that same scene which was unexpected but appreciated lol. And then we finally arrived in reality as it was revealed the girls actually did bathe Akagami in his fever dream state, it’s a full house of perverts huh lol.
And that’s it for these two short special episodes, really enjoyed them both despite the censors, I mean I know what boobs look like so it’s not a big deal to me lol. This also just made me miss this show even more, hopefully a Season 2 can come eventually and I also hope Gekkou continues to bless us with great shows, I’m excited for their show in Spring 2024 for sure.
